Remove sentinel activity reports based on the provided target value (identifier or user ID). Use this endpoint to unblock users who may be locked out due to too many failed authentication or security verification attempts. Password and email/phone code lockouts are keyed by the identifier (email address, phone number, or username); TOTP, WebAuthn, and backup code lockouts are keyed by user ID.
